Tolerances: Depending on the line and the nature of the raw material, as well as the carabiners used, lines can deviate and vary from the specified length by up to 10cm in individual cases. We always try to adhere to the specified minimum dimensions (as a rule)
Collars can have manufacturing-related tolerances of up to 1cm. This dimensional deviation does not constitute a reason for a complaint. The measurement procedure is also crucial. The specified neck circumferences refer to the closed collar and the inner circle measured there. (=dog neck). Do not measure your existing collar lengthwise when open. Otherwise this will lead to measurement errors.
We recommend always measuring closely at the dog's neck.
