  1. The organizer of the competitions at www.sammylunadesigns.de is Angermann Felix & Jarema Chantal GbR, Nibelungenstr. 21, 90530 Wendelstein, which runs the sweepstakes in cooperation with various sweepstakes partners who provide the prizes for the sweepstakes. The obligation to provide the promised prize lies with the organizer.

  1. In order to take part in a competition, participants must register using the online form provided and provide correct and complete information. Participation is sufficiently explained on the information page of the respective competition. Participation in the competition is free. By participating in the competition, participants agree to the conditions of participation for competitions listed here. In addition to registering for participation, further measures may also be necessary in order to enter the respective competition in accordance with the rules. The participation requirements are explained in the respective competition and its information page and cross-checked in the case of draws. If the participation requirements are not fully met, this will lead to exclusion from the respective competition. We regard subsequent fulfillment of the participation requirements as irrelevant. The participation requirements should be met at the same time as the registration, but must be met no later than 7 working days after receipt of the confirmation of participation email or before the next prize draw.
  2. The confirmation of participation does not confirm the fulfillment of all necessary requirements, but only confirms the entry on the corresponding list of participants of the respective competition.

    Reasons for exclusion from participation, manipulation

    1. Only natural persons over the age of 18 who can prove that they have their place of residence or habitual abode in Germany may participate. The organizer is entitled at any time to have corresponding proof presented. In the event of justified doubts as to the existence of a prerequisite for participation, the organizer is entitled to exclude a participant from the competition in whole or in part at any time.
    2. If a participant is limited in his legal capacity, the consent of his legal representative or legal guardian is required.
    3. Multiple participations - including the participation of a person with different e-mail addresses and/or social media profiles - are prohibited and will lead to exclusion from participation.
    4. The organizer is entitled, in particular for technical reasons, to limit the accessibility of a competition or to suspend it for a temporary period of time. This does not result in any claims against the organizer.
    5. Employees of the organizer as well as employees of affiliated companies within the meaning of §§ 15 ff. AktG are excluded from participation. Likewise, employees of the competition partners and their service providers are excluded from participation. The same applies to the respective relatives.
    6. Participation via a service provider, in particular via a competition entry service / competition service, is excluded. The valid registration methods will be announced as part of the respective competition. The same applies to raffle clubs, automated participation via raffle robots, intentional false information and participation using a so-called "disposable e-mail address".
    7. The sweepstakes are only valid within Germany.
    8. The legal process is excluded.
    9. Ineligible persons are not eligible to win. The influencing of equal opportunities through technical manipulation, multiple participation, the transmission of false personal information or a comparably serious violation lead to – possibly subsequent – ​​exclusion from participation.

    Length of time

    1. If no start date is specified, the competition begins when it is activated on the website. The closing date for entries and the generally applicable end for the respective competition will be communicated directly on the website of the respective competition. If no entry deadline or end is specified, the competition will run until revoked by the organizer.

    1. The organizer reserves the right to discontinue, cancel, suspend, postpone or change the competition if unforeseen circumstances arise which prevent the competition from running as planned.

      Winner Determination & Shipping, Defects

      1. One or more prizes in the form of non-cash prizes and vouchers will be raffled off among all participants using a random number generator. We use technical aids for this. The winner(s) will be notified by email within 2 weeks of the end of the competition. Furthermore, the winners will be named on our social media channels (Facebook, TikTok, Instagram) and our homepage, taking into account the GDPR. Names, if known, are partially anonymized (first name N.). Mail addresses are also partially anonymized by replacing individual letters. The social media channels will be fully visible in plain text. A cash payment, change and replacement of a prize are not possible. It is also not possible to transfer the prize to a third party.
      2. The exact date of the draw will be announced in good time on the information page for the competition, on our social media channels (Instagram & Facebook) and via email to the participants. You can find more information on this on the respective competition information page or on your confirmation of participation.
      3. The prizes will be sent to the winners by the competition partner or the organizer or by a third party commissioned by them. Delivery usually takes place within 2 weeks after the winners have been contacted by the respective lottery partner/organizer, although this is a non-binding period that can be extended at any time. The delivery is free of charge and only within the German mainland as a DHL package up to a maximum of 31.5 kg or goods post, if this is possible. Any additional customs duties and fees, as well as other transport costs and the like, have to be borne by the winners themselves. The place of performance is the seat of the organizer.
      4. The winners are obliged to report obvious defects in a prize to the respective prize draw partner within 14 days of receipt of the prize, whereby it is sufficient to meet the deadline if the notice of defects is sent to the prize draw partner in good time. Once the deadline has expired, the winners can no longer invoke obvious defects. The organizer is not responsible for material and legal defects in prizes provided by a competition partner. The same applies if the lottery partner cannot (or can no longer) make the prizes available due to personal circumstances.

      Privacy Policy, Legal

      1. By participating, you agree that the personal data you provide may be collected, processed and used for advertising purposes by SammyLunaDesigns (Angermann Felix & Jarema Chantal GbR) and our marketing platform "Klaviyo" to carry out the respective competition. You also agree that your contact details may be forwarded by the organizer to the respective competition partner and to third parties commissioned by them to deliver the prize (if necessary via the competition partner). However, the contact data will only be transmitted if the participant has also won a prize and this is sent directly by the competition partner and their commissioned third party.
      2. To determine the winner, it is necessary to transfer the name of the social media profile - if this is not known - the e-mail address of the participant to the technical support tool. The data is not stored there. We use Superanton.de as the draw tool, you can find the associated data protection information here .

      Notices and Conditions for Social Media Channels

      1. The competition is not connected to Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest & other platforms and is in no way sponsored, supported or organized by them. Facebook and Instagram are not available as contacts for competitions. The legal process is excluded.

        Severability Clause

        1. Should any of these provisions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
