§1 Organizer

The organizer of the competitions at www.sammylunadesigns.de is Angermann Jarema GbR, Nibelungenstr. 21, 90530 Wendelstein , which runs the competitions in cooperation with various competition partners. The prizes may be provided directly by the organizer or by competition partners. However, the obligation to deliver the promised prize always lies with the organizer.

§2 Participation

To participate in a competition, participants must register using the provided online form and provide correct and complete information. Participation is explained sufficiently on the information page for the respective competition. Participation in the competition is free of charge. By participating in the competition, participants agree to the competition terms and conditions listed here.

In addition to registering for participation, further steps may be necessary to enter the respective competition in accordance with the rules and to fulfill the eligibility requirements. The eligibility requirements are explained in the respective competition and its information page and will be verified during the drawing. Failure to fully meet the eligibility requirements will result in disqualification from the respective competition.

We consider any subsequent fulfillment of the participation requirements to be irrelevant. The participation requirements should be met at the same time as registration, but no later than 7 business days after receiving the participation confirmation email or before the next prize draw.

The confirmation of participation does not confirm that all necessary requirements have been met, but merely confirms that you have been included in the corresponding list of participants for the respective competition.

§3 Reasons for exclusion, manipulation

Participation is open only to natural persons aged 18 or over who can prove that they have their residence or habitual abode in Germany. The organizer reserves the right to request appropriate proof at any time. If there are reasonable doubts about the fulfillment of a requirement for participation, the organizer reserves the right to exclude a participant from the competition in whole or in part. If a participant has limited legal capacity, the consent of their legal representative or guardian is required.

Multiple entries – including the participation of a person with different email addresses and/or social media profiles – are prohibited and will result in exclusion from the respective competition.

The organizer reserves the right, particularly for technical reasons, to restrict the availability of a competition or to temporarily suspend it. This does not give rise to any claims against the organizer.

Employees of the organizer, as well as employees of companies within the meaning of Sections 15 et seq. of the German Stock Corporation Act (AktG), and its affiliated companies, are excluded from participation. Employees of the competition partners and their service providers are also excluded from participation. The same applies to their respective relatives. Participation via a service provider, in particular via a competition entry service/competition service, is excluded. The valid registration methods will be announced within the scope of the respective competition. The same applies to competition clubs, automated participation via competition robots, intentional false information, and participation using a so-called "disposable email address."

The competitions are only valid within Germany. Legal recourse is excluded. Persons who are not eligible to participate are not entitled to win. Influencing equal opportunities through technical manipulation, multiple entries, the submission of false personal information, or a similarly serious violation will also result in exclusion – possibly subsequent.

§4 Duration

If no start date is specified, the competition begins when it is activated on the website. The closing date for entries and the general end date for the respective competition will be announced directly on the respective competition website. If no closing date or end date is specified, the competition will run until further notice by the organizer.

§5 Competition changes

The organizer reserves the right to cancel, terminate, suspend, postpone or modify the competition if unforeseen circumstances occur that prevent the competition from being carried out as planned.

§6 Determination of winnings, shipping, defects

One or more prizes in the form of non-cash prizes and vouchers will be randomly drawn from all participants. We will use technical means for this purpose. The winner(s) will be notified by email by the organizer within two weeks of the end of the competition.

Furthermore, the winners will be announced on our social media channels (Facebook, TikTok, Instagram) and on our website in compliance with GDPR. Names, if known, will be partially anonymized (first name N.). Email addresses will also be partially anonymized by selectively replacing individual letters. The social media channels will be fully visible in plain text.

Cash payment, changes, or replacement of a prize are not possible. Transferring the prize to a third party is also not possible.

The exact date of the draw will be announced in good time via the competition information page, via our social media channels (Instagram / Facebook), and via email to the participants.

The prizes will be sent to the winners by the competition partner or the organizer, or by a third party commissioned by them. Delivery usually takes place within two weeks of the winners being contacted by the respective competition partner/organizer. However, this is a non-binding deadline that can be extended at any time. Delivery is free of charge and only within mainland Germany as a DHL parcel up to a maximum of 31.5 kg or as a DHL small parcel, if possible. Any additional customs duties and fees, as well as other transport costs, etc., are the responsibility of the winners themselves. The place of performance is the organizer's headquarters.

The winners are obligated to notify the respective competition partner of any obvious defects within 14 days of receiving the prize. To meet this deadline, it is sufficient if the complaint is sent to the competition partner in a timely manner. Once this deadline has expired, the winners can no longer claim obvious defects.

The organizer is not responsible for material or legal defects in prizes provided by a competition partner. The same applies if the competition partner is unable or no longer able to provide the prizes due to personal circumstances.

§7 Data protection information, legal information

By participating, you agree that the personal data you provide may be collected, processed and used for advertising purposes by SammyLunaDesigns (Angermann Jarema GbR) and our marketing platform "Klaviyo" to conduct the respective competition.

You also agree that your contact details may be forwarded by the organizer to the respective competition partner and to third parties commissioned by the competition partner to deliver the prize (possibly via the competition partner). However, the transfer of contact details will only occur if the participant has won a prize and the prize is sent directly by the competition partner and its commissioned third parties.

To determine the winner, it is necessary to transmit the name of the participant's social media profile (if unknown) and their email address to the technical support tool. The data will not be saved there. We use MiniWebtool.com as the drawing tool; you can find the associated privacy policy here . §8 Notes and conditions for social media channels

This competition is not affiliated with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, or any other platforms and is not sponsored, endorsed, or organized by them in any way. Facebook and Instagram are not responsible for competitions. Legal recourse is excluded.

§9 Severability Clause

Should any of these provisions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
