§1 Scope

1.1 These General Voucher Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "GTC") govern the use of discount codes issued by Angermann & Jarema GbR (hereinafter "Seller") as part of promotional campaigns. They apply exclusively to discount campaigns and discount codes and supplement the Seller's General Terms and Conditions (GTC) .

1.2 The General Terms and Conditions do not apply to gift vouchers or vouchers, as their use is already regulated in the General Terms and Conditions (GTC) .

1.3 Any deviating or supplementary terms and conditions of the customer shall not apply unless they have been expressly agreed in writing.

§2 Reference to the Terms and Conditions for redemption conditions

The general redemption conditions for promotional vouchers and discount codes are already regulated in the seller's General Terms and Conditions (GTC) . For further details, please refer to the GTC.

§3 Restrictions and exclusions

3.1 Discount codes do not apply to gift vouchers, vouchers or custom-made items unless expressly stated in the promotion.

3.2 Discount codes do not apply to shipping costs or other fees unless expressly stated in the respective promotion.

3.3 The validity of a discount code will be verified by the system, as far as technically possible. Should this not be possible in individual cases, the seller reserves the right to subsequently reject orders with invalid, expired, or manipulated discount codes.

3.4 Discount codes do not apply to add-on options or so-called "product upgrades" that incur an additional charge. These are listed as a separate item in the final order step and are clearly visible to the customer during the order review step.

§4 Cancellation and returns

4.1 If an order for which a discount code was used is completely canceled or returned, the discount code will expire. This also applies if the return results in the original conditions for redeeming the discount code no longer being met (e.g., if the minimum order value is not met).

4.2 In the event of a partial return, the discount will be applied pro rata to the items retained. If the return value falls below the minimum order value or other requirements for using the discount code, the discount code will also expire and be retroactively adjusted.

§5 Changes and reservations

5.1 The Seller reserves the right to terminate discount campaigns prematurely or to change the terms and conditions at any time if there are legitimate reasons such as technical errors or misuse.

5.2 Changes will be communicated to the customer via the website or as part of the respective promotion.

§6 Applicable law and place of jurisdiction

6.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by German law. The Seller's General Terms and Conditions also apply, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

6.2 Should individual provisions of these General Terms and Conditions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.

§7 Current discount campaigns

The following conditions apply to the current discount promotions:

“Free Chain Newsletter Registration” promotion:

  • Discount code: <individually by email>
  • Validity: until revoked
  • Conditions:
    • Valid for a "dog whistle chain" worth 9.79€
    • Minimum order value: 30 EUR
    • Valid only for active email newsletter customers
    • Can only be redeemed once per customer
    • Can be combined with other discounts

Promotion “5€ free on your next purchase”:

  • Discount code: <individually via flyer/mail>
  • Validity: until revoked
  • Conditions:
    • 5€ will be deducted from the total price
    • Minimum order value: 60 EUR
    • Valid only for customers with at least 1 purchase
    • Can only be redeemed once per customer
    • Can be combined with other product discounts & shipping discounts

“Free necklace with your next order” promotion:

  • Discount code: <individually via flyer/mail>
  • Validity: until revoked
  • Conditions:
    • Valid for a "dog whistle chain" worth 9.79€
    • Minimum order value: 30 EUR
    • Valid only for customers with at least 1 purchase
    • Can only be redeemed once per customer
    • Can be combined with other product discounts & shipping discounts
