Shipping Information

The following conditions apply:

  • We currently deliver to the following countries: Germany, Austria, Netherlands, Belgium, France, and Switzerland.
  • The delivery times are indicated on the respective product pages. Often, we ship faster – depending on material stock and the items ordered.
  • Once we hand over the shipment to the transport company, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email.
  • Orders with the payment method "Prepayment/Bank Transfer" will only be processed after receipt of payment.
  • The total weight of the order and the actual shipping costs will be displayed during checkout.

    The shipping costs depend on the destination country and the weight of the shipment.

    *We do not charge taxes to third countries/NON-EU countries. We therefore ship tax-free & duty unpaid. The customs authorities or logistics partner may charge you the import costs separately. This is often done fully automatically & digitally by e-mail, otherwise usually upon delivery to your door. You will be notified of this in any case and do not have to worry about anything else.

    Delivery Times

    The delivery times can be found on the respective product pages. If no delivery time is specified in the respective offer, the delivery of goods within Germany (domestic) will be carried out within 2 to a maximum of 10 business days.

    International shipments extend accordingly by the additional shipping time to the respective destination country. Typically, international shipments take 2-4 business days longer compared to domestic shipments. Shipping is carried out only after a legally valid contract is concluded (in the case of prepayment/bank transfer, after receipt of payment and production of the goods). Stock items & B-grade items are usually shipped faster, often within 1-2 business days.

    Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays and public holidays, and these days are not considered business days.

    Self-collection is not offered.

    Auto-Returns by transport companies

    Reshipment in case of “undeliverability”:

    The transport company will store the consignment at the address stated on the notification card if it is undeliverable - unless permission has been granted to drop it off / deliver to a neighbor or similar. If the shipment is not collected within the defined period, it will be returned to the sender. You can obtain more detailed information from the relevant transport company.

    For shipments affected by this, we charge different shipping costs for a second shippment.

    Free shipping limits do not apply and are not relevant. The statutory right of withdrawal remains unaffected by this.

    Further Information on Payment via Klarna

    (1) The following conditions apply to payments via Klarna:

    a) In collaboration with Klarna AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden, we offer the following payment options for selected countries. Payments are made directly to Klarna:

    • Klarna Invoice: When purchasing with Klarna Invoice, you always receive the goods first and have a payment term of 14 days. The invoice terms can be found here.
    • Klarna Installment Payment: With Klarna's financing service, you can pay for your purchase flexibly in monthly installments of at least 1/24 of the total amount (but at least €6.95) or as stated in the checkout.     (3) In our checkout process, we use Klarna Checkout. For this purpose, your data, such as email address, first and last name, date of birth, address, and telephone number, will be automatically forwarded to Klarna AB (publ.) as necessary when you reach the checkout page.     (4) The payment methods PayPal, PayPal Express, and all payment methods offered through Klarna are processed by external service providers to whom we assign our claims against the customer. These service providers collect the claims on their own behalf. For payments via PayPal, the claim is assigned to PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A., and for payments via Klarna, the claim is assigned to Klarna AB (publ.).

    (5) The use of payment methods Invoice, Installment Payment, and Direct Debit requires a positive credit check. For this purpose, we forward your data to Klarna for address and credit checks during the purchase and execution of the purchase agreement.
